In an announcement to iTnews, an NSW Schooling spokesperson stated the “new entry request system is ready to be rolled out in late 2025 to streamline and help the availability of sources for college students with disabilities.”
“Salesforce Schooling Cloud was chosen because the platform, consistent with the division’s ‘reuse earlier than rebuild’ coverage, guaranteeing cost-effectiveness and alignment with the longer term state structure,” the spokesperson stated.

NSW Schooling already makes use of Salesforce for its CRM, case administration and grants managements capabilities.
