Australia votes to recognise ‘everlasting sovereignty’ of Palestinians


Australia has backed a United Nations decision to recognise the “everlasting sovereignty” of Palestinian folks for the primary time in twenty years.

It calls for Israel to cease confiscating Palestinian’s houses and farms and to cease destroying key infrastructure like water, sewerage pipelines and electrical energy networks.

A spokesperson for International Minister Penny Wong stated the departure in place was due to reaffirmed requires two-state answer.
